What the commitment covers

beatvest announces that it will bring the Altersvorsorgedepot into its own app from 1 January 2027, combined with financial-education content for beginners. In its own comparison the company itself lists the terms as “noch offen” — still open. That is the exception.

The role needs a close look. Investment brokerage runs through a partner, so beatvest is not itself the custodian, and who will ultimately have the contract certified is not evidenced so far. That also leaves it unsettled who the customers' contracting party will be.

A conflict of interest belongs in the assessment. beatvest runs a comparison site of its own on the Altersvorsorgedepot and lists itself on it. That is permissible.
