Altersvorsorgedepot at PSD Banken from 2027

confirmed

Three variants, all of them from Union Investment. The PSD Banken have shown them by name since 7 October 2026, and R+V is no longer named as the contractual partner for the securities account.

What lies behind the commitment

At the PSD Banken the Altersvorsorgedepot sits in the product menu, under Zukunft und Vorsorge, and not in the guides section. That is a difference. Three of the four banks attach the product provider to the menu name itself. There the item reads Altersvorsorgedepot, in brackets Union Investment — unusually open for a place that otherwise carries only product names.

On the overview page it then appears in a genitive you cannot miss, one that answers the question of the contracting party before anyone asks it: with private retirement provision such as Union Investment's Altersvorsorgedepot you build yourself an additional pension. The bank itself appears only in an advisory role. The only button leads to booking an appointment.

Four of the eleven institutions currently run a page of their own — Braunschweig, Nürnberg, RheinNeckarSaar and Nord — while at the other seven the word Altersvorsorgedepot does not appear anywhere on the website, so we simply cannot say anything about them. The association at psd-bank.de does not cover the subject; its search returns not a single hit for it.

At all four, the introduction and the Union paragraph are identical character for character. A centrally supplied block, then, not a text of their own. Unlike at the Sparda banks, none of the pages carries a date or a note on the state of the legislation. So there is no way to say when they were last accurate.

About PSD Banken

The PSD Banken are legally independent cooperative banks, originally grown out of the postal and telecommunications sector. They work largely directly, without a branch network, and belong to the cooperative FinanzGruppe with Union Investment as its fund provider.

Questions and answers

Can I get an Altersvorsorgedepot at my PSD Bank?
From 2027, yes. It is offered by Union Investment; the bank advises and arranges. Evidence: the provider's website.
Does every PSD Bank cover the subject?
No. Four banks have a page of their own; the association has none. No page does not mean no offering. It only means we have no evidence for one.
What does the Altersvorsorgedepot cost at a PSD Bank?
The product page describes the offering but names no fee. Only the schedule of fees that follows certification turns a statement into a price.
