The protection of your personal data is important to us. We treat your data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations (GDPR, BDSG, TDDDG) as well as this privacy policy. Personal data is all data by which you can be personally identified.

This website is an independent information site on the Altersvorsorgedepot (Germany’s state-subsidized retirement investment account). We are not a provider and do not sell contracts.

4. Data collection when visiting the website (server log files)
When our website is accessed, the hosting provider automatically stores information transmitted by your browser in so-called server log files:
– browser type and version
– operating system used
– referrer URL
– host name of the accessing computer
– time of the server request
– IP address (as a rule truncated/anonymized)

This data is not merged with other data sources. The processing takes place on the basis of Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (legitimate interest in a technically error-free presentation and the security of the website). The log files are deleted after 56 days.

The servers are located in Germany or in the European Union. IONOS processes data arising when the website is visited (e.g. server log files) on our behalf. 6. SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons, this site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the “https://” in the address bar of your browser.

7. Cookies
This website is based on the content management system WordPress and uses the page builder Elementor. Both can set technically necessary cookies, for example for session control or for storing display settings. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device. Technically necessary cookies that are required for the operation of the site are set on the basis of Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO or § 25 Abs. 2 TDDDG.

Non-essential cookies (e.g. for analytics or marketing) are only set with your consent (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO, § 25 Abs. 1 TDDDG). You give and withdraw this consent via our consent tool.

8. Consent management with CCM19
To obtain and manage your consents, we use the consent management tool CCM19 for this purpose. The provider is Papoo Software & Media GmbH, Auguststraße 4, 53229 Bonn.

When the website is accessed, CCM19 displays a consent banner and documents your selection in a legally compliant manner. In doing so, the consent or rejection information, the time of consent, a (truncated) IP address as well as information on the browser and device, among other things, are processed and stored in a cookie or in the local storage of your browser. This is necessary in order to save your settings and to provide proof of consent.

The legal basis is Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. c DSGVO (legal obligation to provide proof of consents) as well as Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (legitimate interest in legally compliant consent management). You can change or withdraw the selection you have made at any time via the consent banner.

9. Google Tag Manager
This website uses the Google Tag Manager of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The Google Tag Manager serves exclusively to manage and trigger website tags. It does not itself set cookies and does not collect personal data, but it can trigger other tags (e.g. Google Analytics) which in turn process data.

Tags that require consent are only triggered after you have given your consent via our consent tool (section 8).

This website uses Google Analyticswhich is a web analytics service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The collection takes place exclusively with your consent via our consent tool (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO, § 25 Abs. 1 TDDDG). You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.

Your IP address is processed in truncated form. A transmission of data to Google LLC in the USA cannot be ruled out; the basis for this is standard contractual clauses as well as, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. 11. Newsletter / waiting list
If you sign up for our newsletter or the waiting list, we process your email address in order to inform you about news on the Altersvorsorgedepot.

Registration takes place by means of the double opt-in procedure: After signing up, you will receive an email asking you to confirm the registration. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO). You can withdraw it at any time, for example via the unsubscribe link in every email. The lawfulness of processing already carried out remains unaffected by the withdrawal.

We use Brevo for sending. A data processing agreement is in place with this service provider. 

12. Contacting us
If you contact us by email, we process your details in order to handle the inquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (legitimate interest in responding) or Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO, insofar as the inquiry is aimed at a contract. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligations preclude this.

13. calculator and tools
The calculators offered on this website (e.g. subsidy, securities account and pension gap calculators) serve as non-binding model calculations. The calculations are performed directly in your browser, without the values you enter being transmitted to us or stored.

This website may contain partner/affiliate links to providers. If you click on such a link and conclude a transaction, we may receive a commission. No additional costs arise for you as a result.
